Land doesn't come up on Soundview Drive. Nearly a third of an acre of second-growth forest at the quiet end of the road, in a pocket of Perrinville that finished building out decades ago and where neighboring homes now trade well above a million. The reason this parcel is still standing empty is the same reason it's still attainable: it asks for some vision and a pair of boots. The current owner has done the hard part. Feasibility study showing an allowable build, and supporting reports are available to a serious buyer — buyer to verify. All utilities are in the street.Minutes to downtown Edmonds, the ferry, and Perrinville's shops and cafés. Edmonds School District: Seaview Elementary, Meadowdale Middle, Meadowdale High.Design the house you've been sketching, or look at what Edmonds' new Low-Density Residential code allows. Then come walk it.
