Getting to Know Me
I have called Washington State home since 1990 and it is the fourth state where I worked in the Title and Escrow business (I started working in the industry when I was 19 years old!) Title and Escrow is all about details and customer service. Looking at and understanding Title Reports, HUD statements and what is involved with “signing” clients at closing can take years to grasp. Because of my background, becoming a real estate transaction coordinator made perfect sense. I have a comprehensive understanding of how the wheels should turn behind the scenes and my job is to keep those wheels moving smoothly.
I have been with Kimmel & Young for over 10 years. They like to refer to me as a professional cat herder. I’m the one you will be hearing from regarding the transaction time line. I also focus on details about septic and well systems, utilities and any number of other issues that arise and may require sleuthing and/or problem solving.
In My Spare Time
I am devoted to my family and spend as much time as possible with my husband, two kids, two grandchildren and two dogs. My golden retriever Lola just passed her Therapy Dog International test! I plan on taking her to local hospitals and nursing homes to bring a little joy and comfort to those who need it.
