Joni Kimmel was born and raised in Kitsap County. She is a graduate of North Kitsap High School and has her BA degree in communications & business administration. She has been selling Real Estate for over 14 years in Kitsap County. She really enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and specializes in water view and waterfront property. Joni really enjoys her career in Real Estate and loves to help people realize the dream of home ownership. She enjoys working with first time home buyers, or buyers looking to move up. She is excellent at marketing homes so that they will sell in a challenging market. She lives in Lemolo with her husband Scott and their two children, Jackson & Ellie.
